Are you an entrepreneur who wants to grow your business using data to guide the decision making process? Let us take your accounting and tax process off of your plate so you can create your empire. As your “business partner,” we’ll help define your goals, create strategy, and measure the results. We see the greatest success for clients who have a clear vision for the future and revenue between $1MM to $25MM with investor or lender reporting requirements.

  • Preparation for your individual return and corresponding business returns
  • We will respond to any/all notices from taxing authorities
  • QuickBooks Essentials online is included & QuickBooks support
  • Close the financial statements Monthly
  • We will perform the following task on an agreed upon frequency:

    • Ensure bank, credit card, savings accounts are reconciled to statements
    • Examine account receivable for bad debts
    • Record fixed asset purchases and disposal
    • Record depreciation and amortization expense
    • Adjust payroll expense and corresponding liabilities to correct periods by reconciling accounts to payroll ledgers
    • Create loan amortization schedules for each loan
    • Allocate principle and interest according to the loan amortization schedules
    • Examine the general ledger for misclassified items and ensure all expenses are recorded correctly
    • Analyze balance sheet to ensure all accounts are classified correctly, show correct ending balances, and reflect the accurate titled
    • Record out of pocket shareholder/partner expenses

  • We will perform a cash flow analysis, discuss accounting/finance strengths and weakness, perform a completive analysis, and design a plan to create market value.

  • We will discuss our process, QuickBooks introduction, introduce your firm point of contact and answer any questions you have.

  • Tax planning meeting
  • We will coordinate a meeting with you financial advisor to discuss our 3 core tax planning strategies and design a plan for implementation. In addition, we will discuss the disposal, continuation, or conversion of rental properties.

  • We will represent you if you are personally audited
  • We will represent you if your personal return that we prepared is ever selected for audit by the IRS or any state agency. However, this does not include business income (sole-proprietorships, partnerships, or corporations) or rental activity if you are considered a “real estate professional” by the IRS.
